Rind And Wheat brings seasonal and cultural breads, baked goods and pastries, and artisan cheeses and wine to the Inland Northwest that we’re proud to call home. The team sources ingredients to celebrate the local grain and produce economies and then transforms them to accompany a cheese board, be slathered on a slice of sourdough or become the filling of a European butter danish. It’s our mission is to provide you with an approachable experience to discover unique and worldly flavors.
